palladium-megaverse.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=141607Monday was a long shipping day, December 9, 2013 Sales were stupendous over the weekend. Lots and lots of orders, lots and lots of Palladium Christmas Surprise Package. How stupendous was it? Well, I have just spent the last 12 hours, non-stop in the warehouse, signing books, selecting books, pick artwork, filling in certificates of authenticity, packaging boxes, etc., and I am pooped. You guys and gals really put us thorough our paces today. The only time I wasn’t in the warehouse was during a brief call with my accountant, a brief call with my attorney, and a brief lunch at the office. Whew. Of course, part of what takes time (besides the volume) is making sure each Surprise Package is special. I hope everyone is loving what they get. Keep those orders pouring in. It's almost 8:00 PM, I’m beat and need to head home. More tomorrow. Ho, ho, ho, Kevin Siembieda Publisher, Writer and Surrogate Santa

Is it me or does it seem odd there was no mention at all about the PDFs not getting sent out at all over the weekend as promised?

That would be acknowledging the failure/untruth. It would mean having to give a third time when the books would be shipped out. They missed two with in a week. More over when I talked to the guy there this afternoon he/they had no earthly clue what went wrong. Which is not something you really want to tell people who've been waiting 18 months for product.
Or, it could be something as simple as "They just posted about it a few minutes previous on Facebook" and he didn't want to repeat himself.
Or, even more simple, if he actually worked 12 hours today, he was tired as frak and just wanted to go home.
