Well, since I started this forum, might as well post in it!
Real name: Sarah (yes, I am a born female!)
Real World Location: Victoria, BC, Canuckistan
Age: 37 I think.
First gaming experience : D&D in elementary school - which didn't work out....if you follow the written rules for character creation - you tend not to survive.....I mean 3d6 where they lie - not placed? Ick! Was discouraging, because none of us had played. Then a few years later - got the original tmnt stuff (was a turtles fan from early on.....from when the 3rd graphic novel came out) Made a bunch of characters, but never did any gaming(was just me and my brother). Really didn't start gaming until I started hangin with a gaming crowd when I was 16....introduced me fully to D&D, White wolf (loved Ars Magica), a little into GURPS, and Amber. Was a member of the Camarilla when it first started (actually met a bunch of the inner circle when they visited us cuz we had 3 coteries here!). Played Magic:The Gathering 6 months after its launch(stopped playing about 1.5 years later). I've played alot of different games, most have been tweaked a bit(no system is perfect). I am into the role playing aspect of the gaming. I really liked the early White Wolf storytelling concept where if certain rules didn't fit your game, change em!
Currently play mostly modified palladium heros/btsn, alot of custom game worlds, some 2nd ed d&d (again, like everything modiefied a bit)
