"Jeff Burke has had the flu, a cough and a cold this Winter season. Wayne has a nasty cold right now. Ben Rodriguez happily visits our office wheezing and coughing on a regular basis, and people all around us are sick with one thing or another. Poor Kathy has never quite recovered from the flu at Christmas time. Her flu turned into a terrible, nagging cough that lasted for six weeks. That turned into a cold and that has seemed to turn into I don’t know what. Considering all the sick people around me, I’m surprised I’ve only been sick once this winter."

So look forward to an update that not much got done cuz you finally succumbed to the plague around you?

"Of course, I’m fighting something off even as I write this. My throat is a bit sore, my ears are plugged up and I’m feeling droopy. Felt worse yesterday evening, so I’m hoping I’m fighting off the bug that is trying to take hold of me."

I'm surprised the "Shit's late due to UNAVOIDABLE PLAGUE" post has waited this long this year. With the weather I thought he'd have gone for two rounds.

By the way, has anyone noticed it's never just one person sick at Palladium? It's 4 or 5 of their 6 people, all at once, seemingly out of the blue and it just seems like an utter shock and ohhhh sooooo bad. "OMG! We don't know why, but suddenly every single person I ever talk to has the black death AND measles at the same time and we think there's a strain of aids going around the office and some people are showing symptoms of leprosy. I, Kevin, the one that puts in 20 hour days for you, think i might have a slight touch of the AIDS and some Leprosy on the side. I'll 'Just' put in 8 hours today, because FUCK AIDS! That's why! I must get these books out to you! only 3 to 6 months late instead of 12 to 18 months late!"

Sheesh. Suck it up. Drink some fucking OJ and do your work. If you're too damn sick, stay home, get better, then do your fucking work. You're not a martyr if you go to work with a cold. MILLIONS of people do it every day you whiny bitch!
