We're supposed to get a couple inches of snow over the next day or two. Starting to snow a bit as I write this at 4:00 PM, Tuesday afternoon."

I keep having to ask this but if the book is DONE why are you writing so damned much of it? If it was not good enough then let it the hell go as no one expected this book until you announced it (and are now bumping OTHER expected titles I might add)

I guess that February release for the Rifter is RIGHT out the window now eh?

How about ACTUALLY ADVERTISING WHERE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CAN SEE THE ADS? IE not in swag bags and distributor catalogs but in STORES and GAMING STORE WEBSITES etc. THAT is advertising and promotion not what you have been doing. Mnd you that means you will have to SPEND REAL MONEY on doing it and not depend on word of mouth or free labour etc from your fans.

Soon for you Kevin is MONTHS from now typically. Get on it. SOON is SUPPOSED to mean SOON. (ie weeks not months as usually the case with you)
