Well it has been another week my fellow Palladiumites
And with that we have another installment of the Palladium Weekly Update Commmentaries. As is the usual, if you take issue with what I have to say, while you are welcome to discuss it, anything other ACTUAL discussion (such as, you guys suck, what a bunch of haters etc) is unwanted, unnecessary, unneeded, and frankly will not be tolerated.
That being said, here we go...

"Gosh, I can’t believe Halloween is next week, Thanksgiving is next month and Christmas is only 9 weeks away. How did that happen?"
Attempt at slight humour noted.
"There has been no rest for the Palladium team."
We get it. You're busy. You know, I don;t think I have ever seen an update that has said "we've been sitting on our asses this week taking a rest" LOL
"UPDATE: Dead Reign™ Sourcebook 5: Graveyard Earth™ – At the printer - Graveyard Earth™ is at the printer and ships October 31, 2014. "
Even if it went on Monday.....announcing a ship date less than two weeks from it going to the printer.....I hope it doesn't bite you man, I really do. I know some books have had quick turn arounds but most don't.
"UPDATE: Palladium Fantasy RPG®: Bizantium and the Northern Islands™ – in production
I have started to edit and fine tune Bizantium and the Northern Islands™. That also means I’ll be assigning more artwork. This remains a Fall 2014 release."
Well.....fall technically runs until Dec 20th or so......
"UPDATE: The Rifter® #68 – Autumn Issue – in production - November release."
See above. You have about 3 weeks to get this done in order meet that schedule.
"UPDATE: Robotech®: Expeditionary Force Marines™ Sourcebook One
– Formerly titled ‘UEEF Marines’
This book is NOT forgotten. Still shooting for a 2014 release."
Again, using blanks?
"90+ Palladium PDF titles available on DriveThruRPG.com"
Which while it's nice, isn't really the PDFs people have been asking for. I mean sure it's nice to get copies of the Rifter and a whole BUNCH of out of print stuff and all but I am pretty sure people want stuff that is still currently viable. You just MIGHT want to think about that realistically and not "well ebooks are a fad" and such as has been perpetuated on the Palladium Forums.
"UPDATE: Palladium Christmas Surprise Packages – shipping out as fast as we get them – available now!"
Excellent deal for those in the U.S. Unfortunately I am wary to get another one as I pay about as much in shipping as the bag itself being in Canada.
"UPDATE: NEW! Coalition States Polo Shirt with Embroidered Emblem – available soon"
I may just have to order this....
"No new version of the Property of the Coalition States on a black T-shirt
There just didn't seem to be much interest. Too bad, we loved it. Maybe we’ll try to relaunch it next year."
Is it not possible to do this without having the interest of the customers? I mean how many could you sell in the next year if it were available as opposed to "pre-order" only? I've dealt with Shirt making like this. It would not cost that much to do small run to have on hand for sale.
"UPDATE: Robotech® RPG Tactics™ – Shipping like mad"
Good. I hope to have mine in the next month. Sadly I wont likely have time to dive into it until After Xmas.
"HELP Wanted: Volunteers wanted NOW, this weekend and next (maybe beyond that)"
I wish they'd buck up and just hire temps. They'd help the local economy (however minor) garner some good will from said community and not look like beggars by repeatedly asking for help to do something. It's great for people to volunteer but the asking really does not come across well.....but that's just me.
"UPDATE: 2015 Open House – May 14-17, 2015"
Day trip still planned. Ninjabunny, you better have that emergency bail money ready JUST IN CASE.
"For us, the holiday season has begun – Happy Halloween!"
Happy Halloween.
And that's it folks. See you next week.
