Ok girls and boys, ladies and gentleman, people of all ages.....it is that time again
Let me say one thing first and foremost. I have had some over the past while message me here and there, telling me I should give up my hate, bitterness etc. Anyone who deals with me privately knows I do not post these with anger, hate, bitterness or malice. Those who do not know me well enough to understand that, will not believe me anyway. If it helps picture me saying this in as dead pan a voice as possible and that may help. Anyway, with that and my obligatory do not like my comments then do not read them....here we go

"We have business meetings and service people coming in to upgrade our shipping system the next couple of days "
Why only now when you were expecting to actually have the stuff by the end of this week?
"We can’t seem to catch a break with Robotech® RPG Tactics"
That is far from the major issues of this entire campaign
"Though we were told there is only a 15% chance of our container being tagged by Customs for random inspection, as Fate would have it, we have been tagged"
Who ever told you that either lied or is very much uninformed. That may be accurate for truly random inspections but I can tell you after a few thousand land crossings into the US, that shipments that are from certain countries/areas (like China, North Korea, and other nations like some in South America) are very much more likely to get tagged and inspected. I know. I used to pick up a load of car rims from Romulas near the Airport outside of Detroit. They originated in China, were shipped to the west coast then trucked up and re-palletted (sp?) for shipping into Canada and the GM plant I used to deliver too. Even though the shipments were bonded I regularly got "randomly inspected". I can imagine a shipment to a company that never received a shipment form China before was going to red flagged regardless of any "statistics".
I also remember someone saying that it was pretty much a given that between shipping during typhoon season and customs there was no what in hell this game gets here by Gencon. Oh yeah that was me and several others who again got told we do not know what we are talking about. Amazing how often that people who have no clue are proven correct time and time again.....
"If the miracle does happen, Jeff Burke and Matthew Clements are great guys, so they are willing to wait back home and miss the first two days of Gen Con to accept delivery while the rest of the Gen Con team are in Indiana. Jeff and Matt will then truck a few hundred boxes to Gen Con"
Yes they are by all accounts. However is this not part of them doing their job if it necessary to do so? I feel bad they may miss two days of gencon but still, of it is their job, then please don't try play on our sympathies as you have a tendency to do.....
"Wave One on Display at Gen Con"
Nothing like announcing repeatedly you will have game for sale and then not.....especially after the shitstorm announcing that you would be selling it at Gencon, and the subsequent "vote" to get permission to do so after the fact, caused.
"Considering how we are jumped on and ridiculed every time a projected release date is offered and then pushed back, or we face a delay, we are not committing to any specific release date for Wave Two until we have a fairly solid and realistic one from the manufacturing end of things."
Kevin, are you upset that people ridicule and criticize the missing of date after date after date after date ad nauseum? Maybe you should take it up with the person who has control over that and is the cause of all the ridicule and criticism. You know? YOU.
"Rifts® Megaverse® in Flames™ – Ships Friday, August 8"
"Future Visions™ – The Artistry of Charles Walton II – August 8"
Cool. I'll ask for the Chuck book in an Xmas grab bag maybe.
MiF I plan to get in a large order from noble knight games along with a NG 1 & 2 and maybe the full sized Macross Sourcebook.
"The Rifter® #67 – Ships Mid-August"
Wasn't this supposed ot be done and gone to the printer by now?
"Palladium Fantasy®: Bizantium and the Northern Islands™"
Can we get you focusing on books you already announced, Like DR GE, instead of jumping ahead .....again?
"Palladium Fantasy RPG® “Paper Miniatures” – available now on DriveThruRPG.com"
Nice idea. I may have to check them out. I make my own but it is always nice to see some that would be considered sort of "official"
"Robotech®: Expeditionary Force Marines Sourcebook One"
Anyone else notice this went from "fall release" to "later this year"? Looks like my Spring 2015 may be accurate and even that may be too early...
Looks like Graveyard earth has been shelved for the moment as it had been listed as prior to UEEF Marines and is not undetermined to a release date.
In closing, I give an over/under of 2 weeks post Gencon as to when the first person to get the Palladium Plague is announced....
That's all for now folks, see you next week.
