I am pretty interested in the new D&D but am a little worried about the fact that they won't have Character Creation in the Starter Set according to Mike Mearls. In my opinion they should take a lot of notes on why Paizo's Beginners Box was so great. You could play using that forever and not need anything else for it except maybe the Core book for more options but really you don't even need that.
Anyways still hoping for a resurgence of popularity in Role-Playing Games. Maybe this will be it.
