He needs a personal blog, there is a reason I have separate venues for me and GWS Press. I don't think he shouldn't talk about personal things, I tend to be the camp that believes it helps bond customers to the company. But the dude needs to go back to concise and structed weekly updates on the main page and keep his murmurs as a personal blog and avoid blending the two.

Such things as office field trips to walk around out side, constantly watching the birds, complaining about the weather and such, might indicate how they could possibly be working 12 hour days but nothing gets done.
Still think they'd have to be chillin', sitting around watching tv or dvd's for hours for it to make any sense, but long walks talking to your buddies likely contributes.

It's not just you, they are peppered with his health, and numerous checkups and what not. I'm not sure what kinda insurance he has but I wish I had it. Guy goes to the doctor more often than I eat out. (I know some people like hearing about such. I'm not actually bitching about him mentioning his heath and stuff, just pointing out that it is kinda the thing you hear your grand parents going on at length about)
I'll give him credit though. I think someone told him about us complaining about the birds. It went from an almost weekly thing, to not being mentioned the past two or three murmmers.
Everything is still Epic though.
