Can anyone tell me exactly where Chi-Town (the actual main fortress city, not the whole state) is located?. I mean, several books state that Old Chicago sits about 80 miles northeast of the 'fortress city', but that's not much more than a big landmark. I want to be able to find it on a map. If one glances a current map of Illinois, they'll see where historical interstate 80 and interstate 39 cross sits an nice area about 80 miles south west of Chicago. This place has the Illinois river running just south of it, lots of farmland and state parks nearby and best of all - NO MAJOR CITY. (YAY!) I'd hide there to ride out the Great Cataclysm, so that's spot is my guess, but does anyone really know for sure? DO TELL!

It's never really been stated a canon spot but you are probably about right. I'll see if CWC has any markings on a map for Chi-Town specifically.

There's tons of maps with the location of Chi-town shown. Granted it IS usually represented by a big star in a circle on the map, but shy of that does one need a street address? It's not like the old streets or such are still around to serve as land marks.

Didn't Mobutto create a decent map with a probable location for Chi-town? It may not be as good as an actual pre-Rifts town location or even Latitude and Longitude, but ti's the best I've seen so far.

Yeah...its after massive shifts during the disaster. Grab a road atlas and look at the area. Make a decision and there is where it is...
