Can the minor power of Cellular Rot & Decay inflict harm/damage to those with the major power of Invulnerability or Zombie Flesh?
If they can or cannot, what is your reasoning?

No to both ans my reasoning is this:
Invulnerability specifies what can harm it and I do not think disease (which I would categorize cellular rot and decay as) is one of the things that can.
Zombies are not susceptible to this as they ARE cellular rot and decay.

I said yes to Zombies, as since they are rotting and decaying, I feel the power could be used to accelerate the effect.
No to Invulnerable though.
