Hmm.. I think the Vulcan MA could lose that +3.
Defiant torpedo payloads is based on...? IIRC (and it's been a while since I watched DS9), the payload of the quantums was a LOT higher. A lot of times they only had a handful, but that was because of limited supply, not how many they carried at full combat load. When they actually went off to war, I thought they had a lot more. (again, I could be wrong).
Defiant System of note: cloaking device? Or was it only the Defiant itself that got one?
I'll look through other stuff when I have a chance. Overall, from what I see, I like. Not too sure about MDC levels, but then, I'm not a great judge of that.
