IE Seduction and the character has an IQ of 20, PB of 24 and MA of 22. Normally only IQ would give a bonus (in this case +6%) but my way would see this particular character get an additional +10% (PB) and +8% (MA) for a total bonus of +24% making them naturally very seductive due to three factors not JUST IQ. Does this make sense to anyone, as it does to me, to do?

Much like the 3.X style. And I agree, it should work this way.
The hassle is going through the plethora of skills in PB and assigning stats.
Also, the counter argument is that your IQ is giving you an insight on how the skill works and its finer details, hence it applying to all skills.

I am not saying to NOT use IQ. I am saying you can apply multiple attributes to a skill. As the example shows.

One may want to limit the number of stats that can affect a skill otherwise you might get that wisenheimer who figures out an argument for all 8 stats to apply to a single skill... I would set the limit at 3 [IQ + XX + YY] max and have 2 [IQ + XX] be the norm.

That's why each skill would list the appropriate stars for each skill and them you can tell those weisenheimers to pound dirt
I think 3 is, in the vast majority of cases, the most one might be able to argue anyway.
