I'm cautiously optimistic. Hoping for the best.
There's been some really good SW Comics.. and some ___REALLY__ Bad ones. lol
I'll see how this ends up.

Back in the early 80's didn't marvel do a Star Wars comic series? I mean I swear it was arable that I was reading as a kid?

Yeah Marvel had the original rights. They ran 107 issues. They also did Return of the Jedi as a separate 4 part mini series and not part of the run which was odd looking back as Empire Strikes Back was run as regular issues once they were able to release it and Anew hope was the first 6 issues of the run. Dark horse released all 107 in a 7 volume collection. This is why, while disappointed, I am no surprised that Disney would orchestrate this. It keeps Star Wars all under their umbrella as opposed to licensed out in regards to major properties like Comics considering Marvel IS a Comic Book company and they own them
