Hey Jaymz, I know on facebook I discussed the toons for GI Joe and some really good ideas about making them higher level would work came out. But then I thought in the books they got new recruits. Now these new recruits (some of them) did have experience, but some did not. Heck even a few of the OG13 did not have that much experience. Especially Grunt. Using him as the base and looking at the other Joes I felt that a lot of them made the cut just because they had that certain special quality. Snake Eyes was only a Joe based on recommendation from Stalker, who was only a Joe because Hawk saw him in action and decided he had the right stuff for the job. Keeping that in mind I figured that new Joes would have to roll on a chart that has exceptional qualities... I think I saw something like that in one of the Palladium Main books, just not sure which one.
Figured that would make it easier to create a Joe force without having to have them have some sort of super complex backstory. Unless you want them to have the "Snake Eyes" option where they do get a huge backstory for maybe high level campaigns.

Meh USS Flagg is just a Nimitz as far as I can tell (unless you are talking the one from GI Joe Renegades (?) )  Terrordome is a facility not a mobile base   |

We should get together and make up some of the Joes themselves, to be used as NPC's in games and what not. They'd totally fit in with an HU game.

It's on the list. I already made notes for the big one. IE Snake Eyes - Veteran Grunt (5th level or so) Dedicated Martial Artist - Ninja (10th level or so)
