So, in a lot of other systems, you can actually find rules for building (or at least customizing) vehicles. Granted, sometimes these are limited to things like starships.
Does anyone have any rules or good solid guidelines for Rifts?

Sourcebook one, has vehicles in it. I also like using N&SS, both work great for vehicles.

Eh, that has some of what I'm looking for.. but, what I *WANT* is something more like
Cost of a power source, if I want to upgrade/replace Costs of different types of wheels, or hover jets. If I want to get parts, how much are those? If I want to upgrade, how much is the parts, labor, etc.
SB1 is more of repairs.
